Thank you for inviting me to come and speak. I am honored and grateful.

I consider each and every talk I give to be a privilege. It is my intention every time I speak to make a difference in the life of every person in the room. My goal is to cause a transformation - a fundamental shift in the way people look at the issues we're discussing. We achieve that goal together, and one of the things I need from you in order to do my part is a good understanding of what I like to call the "listening" into which I will be speaking. In other words, it's important for me to know the background of the event, who's in the room, and where they're coming from, not just geographically, but in a professional, even philosophical sense.

I request that you take a few minutes to look at the questions below, give them a little thought, and complete and submit this form. That way I'll have your thoughts with me from now until the time I give the talk, which is very helpful to me as I reflect on how I will say the things I'm coming to say.
